“Your presentation was a great success, the feedback was overwhelmingly positive and the delegates really appreciated your high energy approach”
Sally Bary, Forum Meeting Planners, New Zealand

"Fantastic. Enjoyed every minute and learned heaps thanks to great presentation. For a "mango" person, didn't get bored once!"
Melissa Elmslie, Qantas

My sincere thanks for putting on such a dynamic and informative session. As you may have noticed, I am very passionate about becoming a better presenter and have been to various sessions to that end. Yours has to rank up there in the top 1 or 2, for content, delivery and participant involvement. Your ability to both explain and personally demonstrate each topic was outstanding. To "Walk the Talk" is a most desirable talent and you have it.
Scot Harris, Toyota

“You've given me tools that I can utilise not only in negotiations, but in all areas of my life by increasing confidence and giving me an understanding of different personality types. I came home and told everyone I was a banana! Thank you again. You were great!”
Kristie Sellar, Avillion Hotel

Business Relationships consultant / motivator

Armed with a Visa card and a whole lot of chutzpah, Lynne Schinella started a performance improvement company in 1989, convinced, at 29 years old, that she was 10 foot tall and bullet proof. And for a while she was. The business grew from a zero base to turn over $3.5 million in just 5 years, picking up industry awards along the way.

Then Murphy intervened and with a little bruising along the way, she found herself reincarnated as a professional speaker, facilitator and MC. Lynne began life in the tourism industry and cut her sales and marketing teeth at organisations like Qantas, Continental Airlines, UTA French Airlines, Hyatt Hotels and Resorts and Radisson Hotels and Resorts.

Along the way she has learned a lot about relationships and firmly believes that in working hard at maintaining healthy personal and professional relationships, you increase your success rate in all areas of life.

When your team can deal effectively with clients, suppliers, other team members, manage up and down, with family…..you know you have an edge. Today she consults to business on relationships in the workplace, and is also a regular contributor to business magazines on both communication and performance improvement issues.

Lynne gives your audience information to use immediately they walk out the door. Her natural energy and passion for her subject allows her to connect with and engage your audience. Everyone has relationships. And everyone will be able to relate to Lynne’s presentations. She has presented widely around Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific; in Tahiti, New Caledonia and Vanuatu.

Dynamic and entertaining and brimming with life experiences, Lynne will add value to your event.

Mango? Apple? Lime? Banana?
Affectionately known as the Fruit Tart, Lynne peels the skin off and takes a juicy new look at the way that human beings behave, a theory thousands of years old. Great after lunch when your delegates are prone to nod off, she takes a light hearted approach and helps us examine and laugh at ourselves, our strengths and our trouble spots. But more than having fun, she shows us how by learning about our differences, and respecting those differences, we can live happier, healthier and more productive lives.
